Water Damage – Canoga Park Garage

Water damage in this Canoga Park garage began with a simple water heater leak. Due to the resident’s prompt action to call for help, SERVPRO restored the water-damaged ceiling. The longer moisture is allowed to linger in building materials, the more difficult it becomes to save thus requiring replacing versus repairing. We had water to clean up when we began the job. Commercial water removal equipment was utilized to extract the visible water. Air movers along with dehumidifiers hastened the drying phase.
